DESCRIPTION:MoCA Westport is pleased to host the 2023 Congressional Art Competition. \nMoCA will display over 60 works of art from high school students throughout our Congressional district. The winner will be announced by Congressman Jim Himes at MoCA on Friday\, May 19th at 4:30 – 5:30 PM.
